Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University (known as FranU) is a small Catholic university in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Though we’re a tight-knit community, our humble size doesn’t mean we don’t do big things in the broader area.

FranU emphasizes a comprehensive campus experience, spanning various programmatic offerings from healthcare to humanities. Students are encouraged to engage in boots-on-the-ground volunteer and service projects within both the campus and the broader Baton Rouge community. At FranU, our goal is to foster learning, service, and personal growth.
